The Houston Rockets held their open practice today and the Scrimmage pretty much sucked. The three things that stuck out were:
James Harden is what the Rockets fans have been waiting for. I haven’t seen fans with that much enthusiasm since the Tracy McGrady trade. Let’s hope this one has a better outcome.
The rockets are making major upgrades to the Toyota Center and one of those changes are a giant screen that they were hiding under a large curtain. The mega screen will be unveiled at the home opener.
The next thing that is noticeable is that the Rookies on this team just can’t dance at all.
The Rockets will be a fun team to watch, but it’ll take some time to see if that fun will equal wins.
